Very bad attention, the truth is, I have a very bad experience with my baby there, I never want to go back to that place

Not happy. They let my father go home and said they would call with his test results which they did not. I had to go to the emergency room the next day only to find out he was positive for covid.

One of the doctors yelled at my mother. If this is what the medical field hires, then we all in for a horrible experience. My mother is 53 years old, and barely hanging on mentally, the fact you’d even yell at a patience is extremely unprofessional.

Terrible wait time. I was given an appointment for 1 pm and I'm still waiting hours later. People have came in after me and were seen before me. Its Terrible and I've been a patient with Montefiore for many years however the urgent care located 2300 Westchester ave needs to be revamped. I will never come to this location again 😒

Yes they can track all your history as long it's been in the same hospital whether is results, shots etc
You can, if you see the child's pediatrician. They may ask you return to get it if the office is really busy but they are really nice and mostly will give you the form while you're there (including their immunization record).
