Accessibility and check in issues. I would have given 5 stars but due to accessible for the disabled or handicap, those that have had recent surgery. If there was a button there to open the doors to get in the office and out I did not see them. Luckily another patient was leaving just as I was and held the doors for me. The Staff didn't get up to make an attempt to help. But I did have an excellent visit aside from the accessibility issues. It strange since where you most all offices have them. If I over looked any buttons to push at the door I stand corrected. But lack of seating when in you check in and in pain was troublesome. Maybe that will be corrected soon.

If you have an order for both, it shouldn't be an issue, but most insurance requires xray first, then waiting 4 weeks then they authorize the MRI.

As far as if your insurance covers a service you need to call the number on the back of your card. They will be able to tell you your coverage based on your age and the carrier guidelines. - AS
Julie - yes we accept walk-ins at the Lee's Summit (and all 7 of our clinics that have mammography) office. We will work you in in-between our scheduled patients. -AS
