Do parents participate in this as well and need a ticket? My grandson is 11 and we have a 4 yr. old granddaughter as well. Is there a area where grandparents can view or sit down?

Yes parents pay to jump and yes there is a small area you can sit and have refreshments. Also a few benches thru out to sit. Great place for kids and adults
