Employees are very helpful but prices are very jacked up and they seem understaffed. I've gone a few times because they are the nearest auto store to me. I say understaffed because there's always a long wait to check out since the employees that are there have to help each customer with individual needs. Over priced because I needed a wheel bearing for a 2009 Chevy Malibu I found one on Amazon for $60 while they were charging $175 for the cheapest option.

Definitely call the store. Even if they responded to you on here, they'd still tell you to call.
Step 1 go to another employee and ask to talk to the manager on duty. Step 2 if you are not satisfied, or it's the manager, call corporate HQ. Provide as much info as you can, day, time, names, actions that led to the incident, etc. I find that selection and customer service is better near Surplus Unlimited, especially for female customers.
