Step 1 go to another employee and ask to talk to the manager on duty. Step 2 if you are not satisfied, or it's the manager, call corporate HQ. Provide as much info as you can, day, time, names, actions that led to the incident, etc. I find that selection and customer service is better near Surplus Unlimited, especially for female customers.
