Just wanted to thank this wonderful location for their help toward me as an unanticipated drop-in. I discovered a flat three minutes from their location and opted to "try to make it there" for a fix. They were incredibly busy but offered me the option to either wait hours with them or they could put air into the tire that would hopefully be enough to get me somewhere that could fit me in sooner. I chose the second as my normal garage was just up the street anyway. While I had my tire repaired at the other location, Firestone's part in the process got me through. I am on a tight budget and my tire repairs are free at my normal garage. Helping me get to that garage went above and beyond what was expected and they did it in less than 10 minutes on a busy day.

Never will I give this place another cent of my money. On too many occasions it has taken them more than one visit to fix an issue. Took them 3 services to fix my break pads after charging me hundreds of dollars for other services including fixing my rotors, WITHOUT fixing my break pads. Next visit I needed new rotors and break pad because they were replaced the first time. They have been squealing and grinding since the first day I replaced them. Now they’ve taken 3 goes at an exhaust issue and want to charge me an arm and leg for more and different repairs. Absolutely not, avoid this shop at all costs if you can. Went to a new mechanic and found out when they “fixed” my exhaust pipe they damaged part of my catalytic converter. Seems like a habit for them. They changed my oil and left a tool under the hood. They changed my rotors but not my brake pads then had to change them both. Now this. BEWARE.

I was a loyal Firestone customer and would regularly go there for various services on my car. After the last experience I will not be going there again. I went for an oil change and it came out to nearly $100 where I was charged $80 for oil that I could have picked up from Walmart for $20. Usually my whole oil change, filter and labor included is not even $80. In addition to this, usually the customer service is fantastic but this time all the guys were rude. Never again will I be doing service with you guys. Way to rip of customers and lose the loyal ones 👎🏼
