Shopping at Ion Cars with Salem was by far one of the best experiences in car shopping I have ever had. Salem, the owner, is a special person who really went above and beyond for me. He takes the upmost care of his cars and his clients. The Lexus 400h hybrid that I purchased from him was clean, inside and out. Not one issue. Amazing!! Two weeks after buying the car, a woman ran a red light, T-boned me and totaled the car. I went back to Salem to help me with me with getting the DMV records expedited for insurance, and he advocated for me in numberous ways that he did not have to. He helped me with the value of the car for insurance, handling dmv records, and working with my credit union. Salem is a mench, and wonderful guy with a big heart and a mouth full of sarcasm.
