Worth the wait to get an apartment here. I love the building and all the amenities. The staff is incredible and always ready to help. I thought living downtown might be too noisy but I find it quieter here than my last apartment in N. Prov.

What I love about living in Providence is that you can walk to anywhere. What I love about living here, when you have a concern, it is heard. When you have a problem, it is fixed immediately. The staff is so wonderful that you can never be upset with them. And most important, even through these difficult times of covid, they always have a smile on their face. 🙂

Miss leading information! They said rent is $650 affordable for low income people but it's misleading. This Apts are extremely expensive on top that you must also pay for parking. I think this place is a fraud, misleading low income people into a trap. IT'S JUST BETTER TO RENT A REGULAR APT AND NOT THIS MISLEADING TRAP
