I'm having the worst experience with this company. I ordered a pregnancy support band with a prescription. After several days of hearing nothing, I had to reach out to their customer support to find out if anything was wrong. Only after that did they say that it went through and they'd be shipping it out after I put it in my cart (?) and paid the copay. Okay, I already did all of this but whatever. Then, I heard nothing again. Contacted support again, asking what was the problem- they gave me a "tracking number" for "UPS" which did not exist. I have reached out to customer service multiple times. Now, I'm told it's for USPS, not UPS. Okay, fine. The tracking number says that a label has been created, but nothing has been shipped out. It's been almost two weeks...a long time to sit around in pregnancy pain. Get your medical equipment elsewhere. Absolutely not worth the hassle.

Had a great experience using them for my breast pump! Order was received 2 days after giving the prescription from my midwife. Also they are less expensive than other breast pump suppliers.
