I was looking forward to the Katsu chicken so much but they must've not wanted to cook more and just try to get rid of the teriyaki chicken instead as it was near closing time. I tried calling but they just kept picking up and hanging up.

Very assuring , everyone is wearing a mask and things are constantly wiped down.
its probably there system not the employees just saying... its a small area and there are a lot of different networks could be throwing it off... but it. wouldnt hurt to maybe further train them on what to do in those situations like maybe entering the gift card manually or making sure the card reader is cleaned out
