Came 20 minutes before they close and they were so rude My car is a Honda civic easy to do an oil change I can't not do it at this time cuz I was far away from home

I believe I will never come back to this Jiffy Lube anymore! Last Thursday I went to store to have an oil change, and in the next two days I found there were some abnormal noice in my car. At the beginning I have thought there’s something wrong with my engine. Then I opened the hood, then there was a bottle cap in it!!!! When I take out of it, the noise was gone. OMG! How careless they are! It was the worst experience in this JIFFY LUBE!
