I wish I could leave no stars, the customer service there is TERRIBLE and they need to know who they need to make sure to schedule the appointments correctly with the correct doctor to be seen. We sat there for a good 2 hours to go to the back and we're with the wrong Dr. Lets not forget too we waited 2 months to even get this appointment !

They made my dentures and I'm real proud of them every time I've been there the staff is very nice.I have had my dentures at least 5 years

I BEEN COMIN HERE FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS NOW AND ITS A REASON FOR THAT EVERYTIME ANS I MEAN EVERYTIME IVE CAME THE STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE ON EVERY VISIT. DR. BLACK IS THE BEST DENTIST IN THE CITY AND I WOULDNT PICK HIM OVER NOBODY ELSE. HE MAKES FEEL COMFORTABLE AND GOES ABOVE AND BEHIND TO MAKE SURE YOU FEEL NO PAIN.IF I COME IN THERE FOR ONE THING AND MIGHT NEED A LIL BIT MORE WORK DONE HE’LL DO IF HE HAS THE TIME AND HE’S FAST I RESPECT HIS WORK AND HIM. MUCH LOVE FROM YOU PATIENT WILLIAM 👍🏿😎✌🏿

Not sure who is attending to the phones but she clearly has no customer service experience. Why do I have to call back to speak to an eligibility counselor? I was there in August of 2021. Apparently she cannot look at my file and speak to me at the same time. Hire new talent that is able to do the work. The more 1 stars you get the more your business will fail.
