Service and staff were outstanding but they really need to STOP with the upselling and not giving people options. They make people feel like that 1 upsell option they provided is the only option. We should have say and not feel like they won’t provide the service we were scheduled for if we decide we don’t want to approve additional services. I don’t even think the insurance company would be okay with that.

Price gouging; did not offer me any other low cost options; they did not bill my Delta Dental insurance with consistent charges. I had a previous procedure and I needed a repeat of that same procedure on a different tooth and they tried to charge twice the amount of the previous procedure. Filing a grievance to report these unethical billing procedures being done by Bright Now Dental Office and have changed to an ethical and professional dental office. Very disappointed! :(

I have been going to Bright Now Dental for years and have always been very satisfied. January 2021 was the first time I'd been in a year because of the Covid pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised because they were sanitizing everything every 30 minutes and not letting the waiting room get too crowded. I also noticed they have some new X-ray equipment which is very high-tech. As always, the staff was pleasant, efficient and friendly. I would recommend Bright Now Dental to anyone who needs a caring and professional dental experience.
