Exceptional staff providing exceptional service. Dr Lee took his time to explain the procedures and my treatment options. My cleaning was thorough and wasn’t rushed. The young lady assisting him was very nice and caring.

I went to my appointment expecting a consultation first for my damaged wisdom tooth. Before getting it extracted. The dentist gave me zero info prior to and also the nurse gave me misleading info about bone graph being needed and it costing 500 out of pocket. They’re in such an unbelievable disheartening rush to just do things here. The oral surgeon walks in and says I’m here for extraction. I was like wait! I thought it was consultation. I just had a few questions and wanted to notify who would be tending to me afterwards so that we could go ahead with the procedure right then. They refused to give me even 5 minutes to make sure I was prepared for them to just pull out my tooth or even get all the right Information. Once I had decided I was comfortable for the surgeon to do it, he told me he didn’t want to do it because I was doubtful. Any doubt I had was due to the dentist office not providing me with the accurate information. The staff were being super short and not listening to anything I had to say when figuring out scheduling. On top of that before leaving, another random dentist came in being unbelievably short and uncomforting to check my other tooth. She did so abruptly and poked me in the back of try gums with the tool. Didn’t apologize. Just said it needs to come out. They all were basically saying either you do it or you don’t hurry and decide. The first time one of the other dentist Jabbed me (last week) with the device, she was looking in my cavity at first with no problem. When she was trying to show me, she abruptly stuck the device IN my cavity and jabbed the nerve. I’m more than positive this is the reason there is no more sensitivity or feeling and why it so easily chipped this week. They need to understand that for some, the dental experience is already traumatizing. They don’t need to be making it worse.

This place is an immoral racket owned by private equity. I have decent insurance and believed that I could get a teeth cleaning because this place was in network. Immediately they tried to upsell me on a gum treatment that cost 500 dollars. After that they refused to clean my teeth without an expensive instrument that would have caused the simple teeth cleaning to cost ~500 dollars. When I asked if they could simply clean my teeth without as had every dentist I had ever been to, they refused. I left but I already had to wait an hour after my appointment time and suffer through 30 minutes of unnecessary x-rays. Look at all of your options before even considering to go here.

Although they do excellent dental work there is a very long wait period. It's worth the wait.
And
They take all insurance when you're on the chair, have that dentist wash his mouth with scope his breath is off the chain
Yes but is best to make an appointment unless it is an emergency
