This dentist is amazing, from the staff to the doctors. I came in for a checkup and came out like a brand new person. Mary was the greatest , she helped me and comforted me and made my fear go away!! 10 stars if I could no doubt.

Everyone is really friendly, Dr. Chen is really attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. If you’re like me and dread the dentist… Dr. Chen is the dentist for you! Looking forward to completing my treatments and getting on the steady 6 month cleanings and check ups here. Definitely recommend to my friends and family for all their dental needs. 👍🏼

I have been going to Ocean Smile for a few years and it has always been such a great experience. The staff is very kind and are always willing to answer your questions. Dr.Chen does a thorough job at explaining the procedures that are going to be done and is great at answering questions. The facility itself is extremely clean. While visiting recently they mentioned to me that they have air purifiers in rooms to take extra measures in insuring safety for their patients and staff. They also follow COVID-19 protocols to ensure the safety of their patients and staff. Overall, this dental office has been one of the best ones I have gone to. I don’t plan on changing them.

Cash patient. Went in for two front teeth that had minor chips. Was told that it would be $500 per tooth to fix. A total of 1,000 to fix. I think I was overcharged but my mistake, I'll bite it. My complaint is for $1,000 and it not fixed properly after numerous attempts I should of been given a refund, not told to keep coming if it re-chips. Giving him the benefit of the doubt he tried fixing if a total of 3 times in a span of a month, last time i left with layered bond in order for it not to chip which left different shades and food getting stuck it was very noticeable. I do not have time to be making appoints and going again for something that should of been done right the first time. Nice dentist, nice office but inexperience and pricey . Save your time and money.
