I'm leaving a review here because I wanted to thank Michael for knowing he couldn't handle our needs. That may sound weird, but when we presented him with our needs, he referred us out to his Sarasota, FL office. We were concerned abut doing business with someone so far away, but it was the absolute right decision. Our marketing had a bunch of holes in it, and instead of scrapping everything, they filled in exactly what we needed. Hats off to a great job and the rare ability of companies to not push into a cookie cutter model.

Love the Sherpa! Re-worked our website and our marketing plan. We are closing at 20% higher rate just because we are treating our leads better upfront. We used to just start "smiling and dialing", now we pre-market them and warm them, introduce our company multiple times before making the first call. It is rare that we don't get a "Oh sure, we have already heard of you" on an initial call.

KISS! Keep It Simple Stupid! You should set your form to gather the minimum information you need to contact your prospect unless you have an amazing offer for them. If you providing them with a "valuable product or service" in exchange for their information, you can make the form longer and more detailed.
A landing page is really just a one page website, with the focus being the Call To Action (CTA). This is where you should be collecting customer information via a form, offering a download in exchange for their information, appointment booking or a simple call now or chat button.
Is your website built with the user in mind? Do you have calls to action for desktop and mobile users? Is it easy to navigate?
You can use an existing website, but understand that if it is not configured properly, you are going to have difficulity getting your page where you want to be, page one of search results.
If you are just getting started or have a limited budget, you need a quality website. When we say quality, it can be an inexpensive, one page site, but the on-page SEO needs to be top notch. You also need quality local citations, a Google My Business Page. Once they are in place, you can start building a plan based on results.
Every business is different, and we don't have a cookie cutter solution. There are obviously items that every business needs, local citations, quality backlinks, and great content. Once those items are in place, we look at the best method of bringing business in the door.
Lead cost is a function of the number of leads you gain per month vs. the dollars you spend per month. With a quality SEO program, your costs will be higher in the beginning as we budget monies in different areas (social media, search ads, banner ads) while your organic rankings are rising. The goal is for the paid search to decrease whild the organic results increase.
SEO results can be often difficult to pinpoint. We work as more guerrilla marketers, so we can provide you results while we are building a quality foundation.
SEO costs are different for every industry, and even every business. Quality SEO will provide you with organic results that will pay off over time. Organic SEO takes time to develop. If you have a limited budget, pick a figure to invest each month in SEO. Over the course of time, any investment will pay off dividends. Obviously, the higher budget will produce results quicker, but there is no reason not to start with a small budget.
Accurate citations, where your NAP matches exactly, build your domain authority. The more consistent the listings the better results search engines will give to your domain name.
Citations or Directory Citations are mentions of your business with consistent Name, Address, Phone Number (referred to as NAP). The better the directory, the higher value for your site. Facebook, Yelp, Google, Four Square are examples of top directories.
