Mitch was excellent, low key and professional. Has a wealth of knowledge from many years of experience and the excellent Retül bike fit setup. Excellent for addressing any existing problems with your setup and should almost be mandatory with any purchase beyond an entry level bike. A pdf is sent post follow up with your optimized setup measurements as well as the same info stored at Biowheels. Would highly recommend.
