I had an appointment for processing my passport. This is one of the few locations open on Saturday. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Don't expect to get stamps here - it's clearly marked as a passport facility.

They never delivered my package, so I waited a day to call and report that it was not delivered, because we've dealt with this before, and sometimes they just mark it as delivered and don't make it there till the next day, filed a claim, the local office called back, assured me that it was delivered and marked as delivered, I told them it wasn't we checked multiple times in the days surrounding, said they couldn't do anything to help, and then hung up on me. Still waiting for an update...

Super rude and unhelpful. They hang up on you for asking questions they don’t feel like answering. Idk what kind of place this is but it’s the worst encounter I’ve had with a usps by far.
