Very poor customer service. Rude. Will do all my shipping and printing services with FedEx.

I am sick and tired of talking to the manager at this location about the same thing over and over again. These people keep bending my kid's books to fit my box instead of putting them in a locker. We get them once every 3 months or so. I hardly get any packages. There is no excuse for this terrible service. To add insult to injury, the new clerks are rude with zero customer service.

This is my local post office. For work, I often have to send out large amounts of certified mail. The staff here are always very helpful, patient, and work quickly to send out the stacks of letters I bring in. Thank you!
