Why is Silverton post office closed on certain days . They do not come at all or deliver everyday My mail is so slow getting delivered. Some mail doesn’t ever come. Silverton post office keeps their phone line busy or it is a fax machine nobody can get through. I have called the National Post Office and was told that number is for the public to call. They are lazy. They need to be inspected. If u come in person there is only one person at the front desk. There is always a very long line. They are the worst post office ever. I wish my mail could be delivered by a different post office.

Would be zero stars if that were possible. They basically choose when they want to deliver packages or not. The local phone number doesn’t even work, it picks up and you hear dial up tones for 45 seconds then it hangs up. The 800 number is useless as well.

Call to make sure the package is there before you go there.
Not really a time limit, but the boxes are only so big. If it's too full be sure to ask if you had an mail that didn't fit, if you don't have much don't worry. Kind of up to how much mail you get on average.
They are extremely short on staff. Since the new year our mail is spiradic as well. It's frustrating but not much you can do when the whole world is falling apart.
It's the times we're living in. Don't stress, just continue to work on it.

If this question was from Monday, it was because veterans day was celebrated on Monday due to it falling on a Saturday this year.
