I have not received any of my daily mail since November 30th. I have informed delivery and see when I’m due to get mail, despite the postman parking on my street I don’t get mail. I have filed 4 complaints and have yet to get any call backs regarding the complaints. I am unable to get in touch with the station master because I am transferred to an automated system. Monday I will be making a trip to find out what the problem is because this is getting ridiculous.

I sell clothing out of my home and I’ve had MULTIPLE packages get picked up but never delivered to my buyers. This not only costs me money but ruins my reputation as a seller and I lose my items! They always just say “the packages were accepted” when I try to track them, and when I’ve called USPS they literally tell me sorry about my luck and offer zero help. This place is awful.

That's true. I've picked up packages there. I ask them to hold them. But your right. There is no walk in.
Yes you have to find out what station your trying to reach then Google it and all that stations info will pop with number..
Do you have any boxes for me to get to pack my stuff to ship?
No there a sorting facility only.but they do have mailbox
