Unprofessional to say the least. Had an appointment scheduled -no show. Called and scheduled another mobile appointment - no show. Called and was told I'd receive a phone call back with an ETA- no call. Called back one final time and was told part was unavailable. Lack of communication, empathy, and value for customers. Spend a little more money and use a company that cares about customer's time and overall experience. Responding to your post: That is part of the problem. You didn't have record of my appointments both times I called.

I had to replace my windshield on my car. The guys here at Fast Glass were able to get me in and out in a very timely manner. Scott was very informative and kept us up to date on the whole process. I definitely recommend Fast Glass!
