Was told when scheduling my appointment that the work would be done in a single day. Dropped off at 7:00 AM on Monday October 31 was not ready until November 2. One issue was not covered by warranty and was not even given a quote to replace the uncovered part. Orr Chevrolet just wants the vehicle dropped off, then it's all at their convenience.

I highly recommend Orr Chevrolet. Dustin was my salesman. I initially thought I was going to purchase a new vehicle after one of mine was totaled. He showed me what was available on my price range and understood that I was going to look around a little more. Dustin did keep in contact with me, but was not annoying. When I realized that new was not the best option for me and even foreign made vehicles were up for consideration, Dustin was the first I called because of his personality and professionalism. Orr had a wide selection to choose from. When I narrowed it to a couple of vehicles, it was known to Dustin I wanted a tow package added to whatever I purchased. This was also arranged. Working with him, Wes, and then, I think it was Brittney after the insurance check came in could not have gone smoother. I will be recommending Orr Chevrolet to anyone who asks!!!!!

I made an appt for Mon 10/17/2022@2pm as i had gotten a message "poor DEF" in which I stated I would wait for the truck. My truck was not looked at until Wed @4:30pm. Which I would have liked to be known upon arrival on Monday. Truck was diagnosed and repaired on Thurs. I got a few miles down the road and I got a low DEF message on my truck. Thought the def system was clean and replenish. Was a lil disappointed in my service.
