Absolutely repulsive! The interior is filthier than than the exterior, which has an owner to match my description of the building. Judging by how rude the owner was to me and to others on here who called her out on the reviews, her response to my review will either be nasty or won't take responsibility for her actions and correct her attitude as a business owner. Word of mouth is everything Jeannine. Clean up your business and your attitude.

What a disaster of a store. First of all, the store needs a deep cleaning, it's filthy. Second, learn to be professional. Jeannine blatantly ignored me when I walked into her shop. She had family in the shop running around screaming. It was pure chaos. Not to mention, I watched the family member back into the handicap parking spot without the proper card or plate. Perhaps, I missed their handicap plate or card, but I did not see one. When I was finally greeted by Jeannine, she was rude and stated she prefers appointments. I understand that appointment are best, but I was the only customer in the shop 90 minutes before closing. Jeannine then, called an individual from the back to help me look at dresses but I was only shown dresses the helping individual liked. Jeannine kept walking by saying "that looks great on you should get that!" In reality I looked absolutely awful. I only tried on a few hideous gowns. After about 10-15 minutes of standing their awkwardly, I decided to get dressed and leave because Jeannine and the other employee disappeared. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. There's a plethora of bridal shops around the area.

I called the owner, texted her specific names and numbers of the dresses I was interested in. She said she had one of them listed. I called back the next day to make an appt to try on the dress. I drove 52 mins to the store, when I got there she already made me feel weird, directing me to look around the store for anything else I would like to try on and she is going to look at inventory she just received to see if I like anything. I showed her the dress again on my phone and she proceeded to tell me to try on some dresses she picked out for me and let me know I won’t find everything I want in one dress when I told her I wasn’t interested in the dresses she picked out. I asked to try on the dress I went there for, she cluelessly looked around at some dresses then tells me she must of sold the “sample” dress the day before. Honestly I believe she never had it, it was a newer Casablanca dress and from her inventory at the store the dress I wanted didn’t match the styles she had at the store. My guess she had me drive there to convince me into a dress. Im more aggravated that I took time out of work and wasted gas !

Do NOT let the seamstress touch anything near and dear to your heart! She botched my wedding dress by cutting the bottom of the dress too short after asking her to ensure it would not be. $1700 .00 plus alterations down the drain. Jeanine on the other hand is great but the seamstress has got to go before she single handily gives your business a bad reputation. Sincerely, Victoria
