I found Carina's through one of the bridal expos. I went hunting for my dress shortly after. I would have given them a 5 star rating except that I really wanted a dress that had a corset back. When I bought my dress they said it could be added without a problem only to find out that it could not once the seamstress started to alter my dress. My dress came out beautifully and I will add before and after pics after my wedding this way you can be the judge. I feel as they say whatever they need to say to sell a dress. But, then months later your left having to make a decision. Other than that I do love my dress.

This place has a great reputation and for good reason. Staff makes you feel at home, unlike snooty places like David’s Bridal. Ironically I walked out of Carina’s with a secondhand David’s Bridal dress in perfect condition for $300. My intent with this review is not to tarnish this boutique’s reputation but I think there are a few things to be mindful of when it comes to their accessories- the moldable crowns/floral headpieces for example are about $100 there, when you can find the same thing on Shein or Amazon for literally $5-$20. When I wanted to put the accessories back after I compared to online prices, I was told this is a specialty shop and I can’t put back any of the accessories (I had not paid a cent for them yet and they were physically at the boutique still). All I had paid for was the dress upfront the same day I found it, and paid through CashApp. The owner loves to talk and I really enjoyed speaking with her and the assistants, but just don’t be afraid to speak up as far as asking for clarification on their payment policies!! Especially if you don’t understand the wedding industry. I did end up having to buy all the accessories but I would have saved myself about $200 or more if I had just looked online first. I felt really bad as this caused some miscommunication between the owner and I, and she did get a little aggressive with me and my mother via text which sort of soured the otherwise amazing experience. I’m a very reserved and shy person/I’m not a dramatic bride by any means, and was embarrassed for apparently upsetting the owner because as a customer, I was confused, not angry. Maybe because the dress was a steal she wanted to upsell on the accessories. I don’t know. Betsy is a businesswoman and this theory makes sense. Otherwise wonderful shop, would still recommend to friends. Don’t walk out until you fully understand the policies.
