They have some good items, but i find it a bit overpriced for preloved stuff. Also, not the best place to sell your designer items. Went there to sell my designer purse and was told it'll take some time to authenticate and inspect the bag, so I left my item with them and took me almost an hour to come back and still they weren't done. After spending few more minutes waiting, i was finally called in and got an offer of $100 for a classic bag, which of course I did not accept. I told the lady I'll just take my purse with me, then she looked at me and then grabbed my bag and placed it in the dustbag in a careless way, so i said I'll just put it in myself. So I fixed the purse and left the shop. I went home and asked for a quotation from Fashionphile, and they ended up buying the bag for $500. Would really recommend selling your designer items to Fashionphile or any established online sellers or consignments. I understand they were busy doing their stuff and all that, but I think she should have not given me that kind of attitude just because she took the time in authenticating it and doing all their SOP's.

So the clothes they purchase have to be purchased within the last 2 yrs from a retail store they buy up to size 3x/ 26. They buy hundreds of women's brands. Shoes don't have the strict 2 yr rule but no toe marks or peeling. You don't have to make an appointment they do recommend bring in about 25 pieces for your first time. Hand bags clean and they do buy designer and will authenticate it there at the store. How the money works is they will give you 30% of what they will sell it for in the store.

Yes. Bring your clothes in, folded, not on hangers. They are very particular.
Most of their clothes are designer. They have a variety of designer labels. Nice store. 👍
