Mother in law used them to send a box of framed photos to us. They were thrown in a box and not wrapped. All glass frames were shattered. Terrible company.!!!

Dear Bobbie Cooper, My Accordian arrived in Ohio in perfect condition. I couldn’t believe how well you protected that precious instrument with layers upon layers of bubble wrap and styrofoam. I wish I had taken photos of the packaging as t unwrapped the heavy duty shipping box. My Accordian was perfectly protected!! I would recommend You to anyone. You are the Best! We can take amazon returns as long as you chose ups drop off and were able to print out the shipping label. If you choose no printer no problem this generates a QR code that only UPS corporate stores can accept and scan. You can go back into your amazon account cancel return and change the option to UPS drop off get the actual shipping label. Once printed simply tape the label on your return package and drop off!
