My husband and I have maintained a 'mailbox' at this store for over over 8 years -and this store is wonderful. We are always treated warmly and professionally no matter how busy they are... they are very upbeat and often let us know if we have a package upon entering the store! We built a duplex here that required many many boxes -from light fixtures to ceiling fans -even one so big it required renting a small truck to take it home -but we have always been welcomed in with a smile. Very personable staff!!!

To the best of my knowledge, there are never any 'Drop Boxes' located at any of 'The UPS Stores'. They ARE, by the very nature of their existence, the quintessential Dropbox, except they have helpful, full-sized people, inside. Haha There is however, a Dropbox about 2 - 3 blocks south, of the store. Located 'Street-side' (on frontage road) in front of Indian Creek Plaza Plaza is just south of the entrance to Indian Creek (Retirement Community) The Drop box is on the same side of the street (west) as the store is.
