Unbelievably disappointed and disgusted by Eric for trying to take advantage of a young woman by up-charging without consent or even notice. When I was checking out, he came to the register and ringed me up and overcharged me through the roof. I came in for an acrylic fill and a classic pedicure (which I had booked prior) and should have been priced at 55. However, I was charged 70 dollars. I saw him click other and add an additional amount. He charged me 5 dollars for trimming my nails and 10 dollars for God knows what as I did not receive any additional services. On top of being incorrectly charged, my nails look awful. Never coming back and telling all of my friends and coworkers not to come here. Not worth it at all. Additionally, for my appointment, I booked my pedicure first so my toes could dry while getting my nails done, but was told that I must get my nails done first because there was no availability at the pedicure station..... what was the point of me even making an appointment??????? I ended up being there much longer than anticipated and on top of that, I heard Eric say he was trying to rush to get everyone done so they could leave early. He rushed through my appointment and my crooked nails show it. Very inappropriate to compromise service and change appointments. They should have called to inform me and I would have rescheduled. They pushed me out of the store because Eric wanted everyone to leave early and he came over and told me my pedicure was dry and so I left, and when I came home I noticed my nail polish on my toes is smudged because I had to wear my shoes and leave which is so frustrating because I planned ahead to avoid this. Such a waste of money. Again, just so unbelievably disappointed. While I was there, others with appointments also weren't being served and had to wait over 20 minutes. I urge you to read the recent reviews and think twice before coming here.

The best manicure I've ever had, and this is definitely the best nail salon in Concord. I saw Veronica for a dip manicure. She was so personable and kind. It is very clear that she is very passionate about and skilled at what she does. She was so gentle and attentive to detail. The final product was beautiful! It's the first time I've looked at my manicure and said "wow, these look like they could be on Pinterest". You must visit this family business!
