Very Cheerful, Smiling, polite helpful Staff..the shorter lady at Ice Cream and lady with many yrs there ( over heard her say) very knowledgeable about products and flavors appeared to me...to be very patient, kind, super helpful in training and explaining to ?? Maybe the new gal with glasses. Excellent Candy..yum! Very good ice cream. Store neat and clean. Really appreciate a restroom for customer use. Thanks.

The best chocolate in the state. Lavender chocolate and marzipan. They of course have all of the other standards. So fresh and they have ice cream in the warmer months.

I bought three $10 gift cards at this place, and gave one of them to my mother in law so she could go buy her favorite chocolates. She went in there yesterday, and was told that there was no $ on this gift card which had only been purchased 4-6 weeks ago, had never been used, and which had been sealed up in one of the little envelopes provided up until 5 minutes before she entered the shop. Again, they said there was no $ on the gift card and wouldn't honor it. I'm concerned that the other two gift cards which I gave to schoolchildren as gifts will not be honored, either, which would be very embarrassing. How difficult is it to properly load a gift card? I noticed from my statement that they had no difficulty charging my credit card the $30 for gift cards which evidently have no purchasing value. I will never ever shop here again.

Disappointed! Bought 1lb of hazelnut which tasted rancid & bitter while walking out to the car. Immediately I returned to store for refund/replacement/?. Then the store sales persons said.. "Our nuts are fresh!" So I said "taste it, you will find out.." "No. We are not allowed to taste things in our store!" So they said. Well, Granite State, for the price you charge on your merchandise, you need to have better products and policies!!
