We can't thank the staff of the ER, CATH LAB, and PCU 3rd floor. Your care and expertise saved my husband's life. His call button answered timely. The meals extraordinary and the team took such great care. Having a medical emergency is terrifying. Having one out of state adds a terrible dynamic. We are so thankful.

I gave birth to my daughter several days ago at the Family Place and had a great experience. The staff there were all friendly, caring and helpful to my husband and I when it comes to our baby. They kept the facility clean and the recovery rooms were a good size.

I get Emergency rooms are busy, but I drove over an hour to see my family member who has stage 4 cancer and I was not allowed to see her due to the policy of 1 visitor at a time and no swapping. This will probably be my last time I am able to see her and the sent me away. The charge nurse laughed in my face and the clinical manager was no help either. They told me should would have to be physically dying for me to be able to see her. So rather than her conscious and oriented to say my good bye she would have to be in conscious barely hanging on. While I stood there for and hour waiting to speak to the manager the waiting room was filled with no place to sit and elderly patients and young crying. It was the saddest thing I have seen. Not to mention the HIPPA violations with patient information. The waiting room is not a place to triage patients in front of all the other eating patients. I saw several people leave, a boy no older than 4 sprawled out on a bench sleeping while his mother sat of the floor holding his hand crying, I saw another child violently vomiting without even a second look from the staff. Another woman walked in and said her grandmother was in the car having a hard time breathing and she was told to wait in line! I couldn’t believe it. It’s really sad the people aren’t being cared for the way they should be. We are at the end of the pandemic and Covid it’s t going anywhere. Things need to get back to normal so people can be with their dying family members and the sick can be treated.

I truly cannot say enough good things about the Family Place care team at Concord Hospital. Every single nurse, assistant, doctor, midwife, specialist, etc that we met with was informative, supportive and friendly. The facility was excellent, I loved being able to labor/deliver/recover in the same room and not have to worry about moving our stuff around. The baby friendly way of care is so wonderful and we felt so supported during our entire stay. I fully recommend The Family Place to anyone looking for a place to give birth.

Sorry. Wait times in this "emergency" room are between 10 hours and infinity.
Yes
Concord Hospital accepts many different types of insurance. If you have insurance, and are looking to initiate care, they can help you and your family find new primary care doctors. If you do not have insurance, they can help you to find the resources to obtain private insurance or help to see if you qualify for Medicaid or Medicare.
From 10-7 weekdays,10- 4 weekend I think...
Yes, Concord Orthopedic call them they are great, the best...
Maternity visits are from 3 in the afternoon until 8 in the evening. The gift shop will be closed on Sunday so if you want to bring something, get it before going to the hospital. Happy hopes for a healthy new baby.
Medicare records? I don't think that would be something the Concord Hospital would have available. There is an office of DHHS (Health & Human services) on Terrill Park Drive in Concord not far from the airport. That's the place to start.
Normally from 11am until 8pm. Special hours if it's ICU or if there's oxygen in the room or if the patient is not settled. Bit as long as the patient wants you there, they are very accomodating.
