Had a one one one meeting with Sandra Davis, very rude, very impatient not nice, or understanding at all. Total state puppet.

This place is a big fat joke all around! Horrible at communication! Horrible at "decideding" who gets benefits! Especially when it is someone doesn't deserve benefits! I'd give this place a ZERO, if I could! The worst part is that they don't care! No cares here!

SUPER disappointing! Your laziness and lack of empathy is gross! When calling in for assistance regarding an ongoing claim, the response I get is "I don't know...I can't help you with that". When I asked for a more senior person or supervisor I get hung up on (after having waited on hold for 20mins to begin with). Really? Instead of cultivating an adversarial relationship with the people that are only attempting to utilize benefits that they have already paid for/funded, oh and by the way same people that pay your salary and benefits, why don't you at least pretend to try?! AWFUL REPRESENTATION OF NH!!!

These "people" are complete scam artists. These are the most incompetent and corrupt people i have ever dealt with. NHES is retro-actively denying thousands of PUA applications in order to strip the money from NH citizens who were affected by the pandemic. NHES is taking the federal money from citizens and dumping into NHES accounts so they can brag about an"surplus" they created - by crushing small businesses they forced to shut down during the pandemic They cancelled PUA benefits early to intentionally harm business owners and people who were suffering through covid. These cronies do the bidding of dictator sununu, none of them can be trusted. the "overpayments" were because of NHES worker errors now they are taking it out on the citizens because they cant accept responsibility If you are reading this and were scammed by NHES. do not give up, hire a lawyer and fight these tyrants until the end. The citizens of NH will defeat these good for nothing tyrants

Yes, I was getting the error message, now it won't even get me to it. Have been calling them, unable to file my claim this week.
Because they don't want to pay for anything if it doesn't concern them they director is lieing on channel 9 news he keeps saying issues doesn't define anything and now the director is making those who got paid from new Hampshire unemployment have to pay it all back that includes the federal money so your taxes you file at the end of 2021 will go to him and his pockets so your all screwed and your pay checks when you go back to work your pay checks will not be enough for your family to live on your better off protesting it's your money so do what you may
You can't they do what they want as long as they get paid and the director of nh unemployment on the news doesn't care because he makes it so hard to collect money you pay into unemployment
Nh unemployment does what the want unemployment does not want to pay out money they get paid while americans out of work suffer the lie all the time to the public
Your employer can't fire you if your doctor is taking care of you and you have a doctor's note you can sue the company for illegal termination
Because you are special remember that
Your screwed
They will not pay you
I have been waiting just as long as well
No where in nh go outside nh
idk but i have been filing for 12 weeks now and still no determination
Yes for every week I applied and my company approved it
They still go by previous employers. If you lost your job due to something other than covid related they will claim you owe it all. Their system is screwed. Same thing happen to my daughter, and they are saying she left for personal reasons but her hours were so low it made no sense to keep the job. Good luck.
Yes you can
No. Educators are paid for a full year of work...because they actually do more than that😁
Claims are done on Sunday and checks on Wednesday. Hope this helps . Get back to work soon
Haha stop it
Yes online
Never
Google NH Employment Security. Get on their website and start an account. It will guide you to start your claim. It's all done online. If you don't have access a computer or you have questions, just go to the office on Fruit St. The folks there are very helpful and there are computers there you can use.
Some of the eligibility requirements in order to receive unemployment benefits, but not limited to are being able and available for work and looking for work. You are also required to submit your weekly work search record. The purpose of the Unemployment insurance benefits is to provide you with means to live on while looking and being ready and willing to take a job.
