The level of communication, updates and information of appliances was spot-on perfect. Explaining what “our” new purchase (refrigerator) would and wouldn’t do was open and with clarity. Sales staff offered options and assistance for delivery; Barron’s staff has a Team Spirit and maintained contact throughout the transaction. Appreciative that Retail Service is “alive” at Barron’s. Be smart, place them on your short-list: Highly Recommended.

As always In the past 30 we’ve bought years from them and now again recently. They are constantly fair priced, FAST, and maintain communication through actually delivery. Great service all around. The delivery people take great care not to cause damage to your home or the appliance. Certainly not happy with the GE slate grey elect dbl oven/stove that I bought from barons only 7years prior. Had two major failures in that time. The second time we determined it would be more cost effective to buy new unit. Had to buy another slate grey GE product to match our other kitchen appliances that we also bought from Barons.

So easy and fantastic to work with. From quick, thorough answers to finding the dishwasher I needed - all over text which was perfect for me. He sent me spec sheets, formal quotes, modified quotes… so quickly! I went from inquiry to installation from a Thursday to following Tuesday. And the installation was fantastic. Super quick, neat, professional. And great communication all through the process. Baron’s is my place for appliances once again!

After a terrible experience with a big box store we contacted Baron’s and they were AMAZING! Katie in customer service was so helpful in assisting me with finding a fridge in stock (this was all over text which was so convenient!). They had our new fridge delivered to us within 5 days (last store had 6 botched deliveries over 5 weeks). We will be going to them first when we need other appliances in the future!
