The lady that is the new manager is extremely rude. She is rude when you walk in and over the phone. I was questioning her as to why my Amazon returns didn't make it back and I was re-charged by Amazon, and then she proceeds to not only talk over me, but hang up on me when I kept pressing the point. Fire her! EDIT: Thanks for the ‘save our ass’ response but, I didn’t “feel” anything over the call. I KNOW what happened. I also DID receive my Amazon refund for my returns but was then charged AGAIN for them as they state they never received the returned products. Yet, I keep all my drop-off receipts now after this happened the first time. These now total 4 times I have been re-charged for my Amazon returns after dropping them off at this location. The manager hung up on me when she didn’t like that I was asking questions. I called back and Jordan, who was very professional, apologized for his manager’s behavior and informed me that I was correct in disputing the re-charges with my bank. I gave Wells Fargo this store’s information. I will not be using this location anymore and I have begun spreading the word about this location and its manager to friends, neighbors, and colleagues for them to STEER CLEAR.

The Indian lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I was arrived the store on Saturday morning around 11:30am to send some document internationally. There was only one customer (a lady) to ship out her multiple Amazon packages in front of me and I waited my turn. The UPS lady asked me to get a quote and I explained where I wanted to ship to. The UPS lady and the female customer (Amazon) in front of me were busy to scan each items and all of sudden there were 4 new customes came in. The UPS lady ignored my turn and she started taking other people's packages behind me. I was waiting more then 10 minutes to wait my order and all people behind me left the store. I asked the UPS lady how long should I wait. She didn't say NO WORD and NO REACTION and continue to check out the first lady's Amazon packages. I found the UPS lady was a wife of the store owner from a different UPS store. Their customer service this morning was unbelivabley horrible. I will not use the UPS store again and they need to close the store if she continues treat their customers like me. If I have an option to give minus review I would love to do it, but google only accept 1 start at least.
