No one ever answers the phone!!!! They never call you back. I on crutches and get told have to go down there because no one ever answers. Don't do this job if you don't want to work and take phone calls calls

You can go and get applications or assistance for homeless or a new foodstamp card but everything is by appointment otherwise
The entrance to the Social Services office is on Pearl Street. As I recall, the address is 158 Pearl Street. Probably easier to do online if you have internet access.
