The service etc. not a problem, very pleased, however very disappointed with management, brought in another pair of earning aids in addition to the new ones I bought at ken ton, asked if they could take a look at them and was told they needed to be cleaned, it took 10 minutes, I thanked the young lady and was walking out when the receptionist told me I owed 30 dollars for the cleaning, not the money but Really I have sent two referrals both purchased aids and you couldn’t let the. cleaning slide. The aids were not bought there but the others were. Needless to say no more referrals.

Super nice, professional, and efficient. Modern equipment and a nice, comfortable waiting room. Definitely a place I will recommend to others.

Was wondering for my grandmother if you take medicare/Medicaid

Kayla Kaiser | Nov 1, 2018
Ken-Ton Hearing | Nov 1, 2018

Thank you for your inquiry. “Yes” to Medicare which pays for a quality evaluation. We simply need a script from your grandmother’s primary care physician that requests “hearing evaluation.” We hope this answer has been helpful and we would be honored to care for your grandmother. If hearing aids are the answer to help her hear better, Medicare does not assist, but Medicaid does from a medicaid providing agency like Bflo Hearing & Speech.
