John Biddlecom, a funeral director at Lombardo Funeral Home/Buffalo is to be avoided at all cost. He is rude, condescending and I would not recommend him at all. I won't go into detail because I don't want to rekindle all the bad feelings and emotions God is healing in me at the moment concerning my experience with John Bibblecom. If you must use the services of Lombardo Funeral Home/Buffalo, I would advise asking for all funeral directors available and bypass insult to injury by avoiding John Biddlecom.

My experience with them have been very helpful. All staff have been very in touch with the family members needs.My sister died and we had to get her body transported from MS to NY they made transition Very easy for us. I want to say thank you!
