My 14 year old wanted to have her hair done for her birthday with some lowlights and highlights. She specifically told her she wanted lowlights but wanted more highlights than anything. They did not listen and did what they wanted. She went from a natural blonde to almost black with very little highlights. The highlights she does have look gray. She cried the whole way home. I've been coming here since I was a teenager and wanted her to start going because I have always had good service. We will be finding somewhere else to go.

I have gone thete for yearsand all3 if my kuds at one time they were very reasonable where you could tip nicely i went back 2 years ago and ot wS not the gorl i went yo for 20 years but thank God I had extraoney on me i gigured 80 for cut and holight and 10 for.my eyebrows and that was on my mind going hi gh at the end i get up there and it was 125.00 and of course anice tip so witjh the 15 dollar tip 140.00 i was very dissapointed i went nack one tome about 6 months ago and I was with my girl and she took alot better care 80.00 so 20.00 dollar tipi was happy to do so i guess if uou hace money like that go there the girls do a good job but at the price i paid the first te i would go to Mitchell but .y girl has dome my hair as i said at leastn 20 years
