I just came in with an issue and literally couldn't believe what I heard. I spoke with corporate and they we were befuddled that one employee at this location wants to charge me extra to send letters with a wax seal even if it's under the weight limit for the next price category. I'll just go to another post office from now on, I can't risk my business over petty behavior

My husband and I went to the Don Mars Branch to get our passports. We had marked expedited service and the woman we met with told us not to do that, I explained that everyone we know told us to expedite it. She said "no, no, no, you will receive it in time" so we did not expedite it. Here we are, over 11 weeks and my husband's passport HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED! OUR TRIP IS ALREADY PAID FOR! THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!! YOUR EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO KEEP HER OPINIONS TO HERSELF!!!!!!!! THIS IS A JIGE PROBLEM!!!!!! I NEED AN ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER TO CALL SOMEONE FROM USPS! NOT THE AUTOMATED NUMBER, A REAL PERSON.

Apparently they don’t carry tape for their employees anymore. They made me buy a whole roll to tape my one package
