Horrible people. I went to see a friend and parked in front of community center from 6:30pm as visitor parking in axiom 121 apartment adjoining were full. At 9:30pm my car was towed away. The towing company says the picture at entrance far away from where parking spots were says I cannot park. I paid $327 ransom to get my car released from a far off lot at other end of McKinney. Craig ranch makes money by such towing. I will never patronize a Craig ranch business, center. Wish I could give zero stars.

The worst ever HOA community. I would give zero star if there is an option. - First of all, this HOA belongs to a master HOA which is Craig Ranch. Each year, you will need to pay a one time assessment for for the master HOA, which they claim to maintain the public green area. On top of that, you will need to pay a monthly fee, to the Craig Ranch Hemingway. I wonder what the monthly fee will be used for and why we need to pay the master HOA each. - Second of all, from time to time, when there is some cost the community can not find a way to pay, they will just do a special assessment to pass down the cost to each unit owner. For example, the great winter storm of 2021, a lot of damage were caused by the snow storm here. The community can not get the insurance claimed due to the insurance company went bankrupt, the Craig Ranch Hemingway community HOA just pass down all the repair cost to each owner and asks each owner to pay. Excuse me!! who decided to choose this insurance should be responsible for this. We paid the insurance, then we will have to pay the cost for repair, because the insurance company can not afford to pay. Ridiculous management from Craig Ranch HOA and Hemingway Community Association.
