I went to the ER here a few days ago. I'll keep the reason to myself but I was seen immediately. No, literally, as soon as I finished explaining why I was there, I was being led to the back. When I got there, nurses were already in my room ready to greet me, make me comfortable and take care of me. The Dr did not take long to come in, assess my issue, reassure me and take care of me. I can't speak for others but I had a phenomenal experience here and thank the staff for their astute diagnosis and quick action to make me feel better. Great job!

I've been here for annual physical. At the time of booking an appointment, I had provided my insurance details and they said that they are in network and they accept my insurance. My insurance covers 100% of annual physical. But now they sent a bill of $146.13 saying that my insurance didn't cover the expenses. I got to know from my insurance that BSW is not in network. Why am I punished for the wrong information that's provided by BSW staff.?? I would have opted for an another provider where my insurance covers 100%. I regret going to BSW :(
