Site says they are open, hours printed on the door says they’re open, but they are not. Doors are locked.

You have to call the local post office 684-5556 or you can create a report about it online and they will get back to you the next business day

Ok so I'm about to move and I need to get a certified mail (green card) do I need a written letter to take to the post office letting them know that I will be moving so I can get my certified mail green card? I forget how it works please help.
