never enough help. waited for each envelope to be weighed and stamped uggh really???

After retrieving my mail from my PO box I noticed a very important piece of mail was missing. Thanks to Informed Delivery I knew the item arrived at 7am and should at the time, 11am, be waiting with the rest of my mail which also was present on my Informed Delivery. It was not. I walked to the service desk for answers as to where my mail may be. The less than helpful woman across the counter assured me that any mail that arrived is in my PO box. After telling her that is not possible as I have proof that I was missing mail and showed her the Imformed Delivery web page which displayed the missing item. She said she would be right back she was going to double check. Once she concluded her "double check" she returned and said nothing more is there. In complete disbelief at the incompetence of the situation I asked to see a manager or someone that could help me. She said there isn't a manager there but I could come back later and speak with one then. Due to the important nature of the missing item I said that I will not be returning, in fact I would not be leaving until the missing item was found and in my possession. She then speaks to the other employee who was responsible for placing mail into the PO boxes. She also states that all the mail is on the PO box. I asked to check again. After the two of them disappear from sight and a minute or two passes they return. WITH MY MAIL!!! The employee responsible for filling the PO boxes just so happened to have my missing piece of mail. This particular piece of mail just so happened to be a check for a large sum of money and was able to be identified as so without opening the envelope. THEY LITERALLY TRIED TO STEAL MY CHECK!!! If I hadn't had Informed Delivery they would have gotten away with it too. After this event I to think about numerous items that have been delivered that i have never received. Birthday cards, small packages, etc.... Beware of having anything to do with this branch of the United States postal office. I'm still in disbelief this can be happening.

My past five packages went straight to "available for pick up." I don't know if the issue is because of this location or if it has nothing to do with the 45211 post office site, but I figured I'd join in all the bad reviews. Lol But it's like they are just lazy lately or maybe they don't have enough drivers so a delivery attempt is never even made and can't be made. I have to give them the benefit of the doubt. Giving two stars because of the customer service guy I talked to was nice and a good help, and when I go to pick up, it's at least a pretty quick process.

I took my moneyorder inside, to mail off, someone inside cashed the postoffice cashed it you cant trust the mailbox or postal workers.
