2 people at the counter this morning, had already stood in line for about 15 minutes. A customer at the counter got a phone call and it was his female friend. He put her on speaker phone so she can ask the post office worker questions about a passport. Phone call lasted about a total of 5 minutes while myself and 4 other people just waiting our turn while the worker takes this phone call from the customers cell.

I wanted to pay for a prepaid return envelope. The employee went to ask another employee on how to do it. The other employee promptly said we don't have prepaid return stamps. Apparently, there was another way of doing it but only a manager could do it and manager was not there. Told me to come back, but no one knew when should I come back. HUH? And wow.

So where’s the post office? I guess it shut down. Can somebody update the address please because the post office is not there

Go to the post office and tell them to see what can be done. It depends on how it was sent. Very few packages are permanently lost by percentage, it may be late.
How much does a small po Box cost?
Yes you can
$25.50 https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail-express.htm.
As a truck driver for USPS we pick up mail from the stations at close of business and bring it downtown for sorting.
You may want to call and talk to management, how however this is not out of their typical operating norms
They can take your application and send it along.
They do have PO boxes for rent, price varies by size.
No.. Sorry
I know you are trying very hard and frustrated about things at work. In reality there is always going to be some sort of strife or friction at every place of employment. It is common in human settings to always having peers to "uprank" themselves. It is often so subtle that you bearly notice it. There should be some good insites about office politics on TedTalks or google what you feel is happening to you or at work...there are many books and websites devoted to sucsessfully navigating workplace minefields. I might ask your immeadiate supervisor what 2 or 3 things you could do to improve your performance or production. Employees that make themselves valuable or make thingss easier for their bosses are the last ones to get fired or laid off. Look around, observe opperations, if you see something that could be improved or stramlined, make a suggestion or better yet step right up and fix it or take care of it. You might not get instant reconition the 1st. Keep your head up and good luck.
