Started in 2004 Left 2005 I believe. . I went to Job corps to get certification in something. Got my CNA . Met a couple really good people who became friends even after I left. I'm glad I went. Even if some parts of it I hated.most of it i loved. I'm 36 married 2 kids now glad I went when I was kid ☺ staff was friendly . I will never forget

Actually, I work in the Student Records Department at Loring Job Corps and new students arrive on Tuesdays. Once an application has been received, the prospectuve student can receive contact with in two weeks, sonetimes even faster.
Your training time will depend on what trade you choose and your commitment to completing. The first 3 weeks roughly are spent in CPP (career prep phase) then you are able to get into trade. Once you choose depending on availability it could take sometime to get your TAR (Training acheivent record) opened. Once open it all falls to you because you work at your own pace. Have fast or slow you work and learn will be the biggest factor on completion time
