The location at 8950 Cal Center Drive in Sacramento,CA suite 158 is full of racist and incompetent people. I will never step foot in that place again. I'm contacting a lawyer as we speak.

The staff at this location was quite rude (namely this tall-ish chick with long brown hair). I was registered for an exam and showed up 30 mins prior to the testing site as the email confirmation directed. On arriving, there were 4 girls sitting around and looking at their phones and when I asked if I was in the right place she snapped it was too early and to wait outside and form a line (there was no one else there even lol). When I asked if they had a lobby I could sit in while waiting and quietly study till I could proceed, she again rudely and sarcastically snapped that there wasn't. Furthermore, I tried to explain the candidate ID they had for my exam was incorrect and after going back and forth they finally told me they couldn't update this even though the exam instructions clearly said to bring up any incorrect info up to the staff as this can delay result reporting to the certifying body. Furthermore, this exam was done after mask mandate was over. Now, I have no issues wearing a mask if this is a requirement, but they snapped at me when I mentioned I didn't have one with me even though the exam email did not specify to bring on. Overall, this office is filled with rude and obnoxious staff for how easy their work is. The testing site is in a nice upscale location but that's about the only positive aspect I gleaned from this experience. If you can take your test elsewhere, I'd recommend that over PSI.

Nowhere on their site did I see that I could not wear scrubs so that was a bummer. After talking to customer service they explained I need to get re-approved and wait another 6 months to schedule another test and would need to ask the testing facility to give me another request form. After asking the test facility they rudely told me they don't give out anything like I was a piece of garbage. Thanks psi Sacramento! Not to mention they have no signs anywhere for building numbers or location of the test area. So you get to blindly walk about and figure out the building and then figure out where to go in the building. I guess a 10 cent piece of printer paper is too much for this place.
