It’s none of the employees fault, but Uhaul should really take $19.95 off their trucks and advertising. After all the fees they charge, and the 30 miles for $200 and anything more is $1.09, nothing is $19.95. That is fraud and flawed. 30 miles isnt even to and from in Sacramento. I don’t know how I’m moving, but I am. Just not with Uhaul

The guy that is supposed to check us out after returning our van was extremely rude and told us to check out on the machine because he doesn’t have time. Terrible customer service and said we wouldn’t get our credit for returning with extra gas.

Disabled customers needing accommodations are denied access to service by a hostile associate eager to raise his voice and silence those advocating for themselves. Associates at this location discredit the U-Haul brand and undermine the company's stated vision and goals. Unaccountable to U-Haul's professional standards, associates at this location are mean, abusive and neglectful. Protect yourself and find another one of U-Haul's service center.
