Bad customer service. Wasted my time and money here. The wait time is always long 1-2 hours for both general and ortho. There's a wait outside (waiting area) and inside too after they call me in. Even tho im scheduled for evrything the same day, they rescheduled my cleaning another day. They have a lot of patients and are always behind the appointments. Whenever I call them, they always put me on hold, happened 3 times that I've been waiting for more than 15 mins and they never come back so i got tired of waiting and i just hang up. I decided to just discontinue my braces with them and go somewhere else. Now my braces service total with them is $3900 for just 7 months of having braces. Such a waste of money for bad service and no changes to my teeth. Also they rescheduled my ortho appointment when I was there already cus the doctor is leaving early. Didnt even bother to call and let me know before i even get there.

my experience at the dentist is good, but i don't like the dentist, i am afraid and with local anesthesia i can feel the pain, but i go but then i just abandon the appointment because i am afraid. I recommend this dentist and this dentist is near me. I like one of the Dr from the dentist she's calm. years back a male dentist yelled at me just because i didn't know how i was supposed to tuck in my tongue. not to be a misandry but i prefer women, i am not a hater of men, i respect men, and all gender. this dentist is perfect and i love it, but it needs to be cleaned inside the rooms.

I’ve found them to be perfectly capable and professional. The only reason I removed one star is I’ve had a problem setting up a payment schedule for some of the work. The hurdles in setting up a schedule has been on their part. Meanwhile, as I’ve been trying to work out these issues, they have an aggressive program to collect and seriously blew my phone up every day. For an issue that their systems created. Morale of the story is they do fine work, just be aware to have insurance and or setup a payment schedule BEFORE leaving their office. I see some pictures of dirty bathroom, etc. it’s not that dirty.

The customer service is deplorable! The receptionists in the front are very snarky with patients. My insurance representative was put on hold by them, which was embarrassing for them , since there are two receptionist. They don’t give accurate information to their patients either with regard to which numbers to call for assistance with insurance, it is like going in circles with them. I wonder how they got hired?

They are liars scammers and fake dentists
