Santos Ford has treated me and my friends with the utmost professional and care. I have nothing but great things to say about our local dealership!

2017 f350 owner. Had a bunch of warning lights and put my own scanner on it an got a communication error between modules. Since I don't have diagrams that dealer has I took to Santos. $155 for then to diagnose. They first tell me I have battery failure, I know my batteries were ok but approved replacement. After the first $575 my new estimate to find and repair was $350, was told that they were close to finding problem so ok, I need truck fixed, fix it. 2 days later I get call truck is finished. My new bill is $1900 plus the $575 I already spent. Almost $2500 to find a wire that was broken that connects the modules. Material for repair was less than $20, the rest was labor. Repair consisted of splicing the wire. Will never go there again, cost way over estimate, should never cost that much. Over $1800 to find 1 broken wire on truck when they have all the diagram and diagnostic equipment.

California state law states it has to be bought and installed at a shop. I know for sure they can do there.

If someone takes there vehicle in for a check engine light then you should get it back fixed right . Nope . not here . I paid them for a so A solenoid replaced and still got the engine light back on next morning.

They did the same to me. Supposedly replace Solenoid, Engine light came back on 10 miles down the road. I new they had not taken it for a test drive because the miles going in were the same as the miles going out. Know I am in a battle with them because they charged me for the service which should have been covered under warranty.
