The service center is fine but if you call the number listed for help its automated and you have to sacrifice your first born just to get someone, on chat. Hours wasted and untold frustration resulting in no remedy till I drove down to the service center in Los Banos, Ca where I requested an appointment with a service tech. The tech arrives the next day and had both tvs working perfectly in no time. If the purpose of these automated systems is to get you to hang up in frustration because they don't want to pay people to, actually, help you over the phone then they've succeded. Overall Comcast automated service deserves -5 negative stars.
